We collect name, email address, and phone number when you submit an enquiry, register as a vendor, or subscribe to updates. Payment details for puja kit purchases are processed securely by Stripe — HillsWala never stores card details.

To connect buyers with vendors via email notifications. To process puja kit orders. To send platform updates if you opted in. To improve the platform using aggregated analytics data.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Enquiry details are shared only with the relevant vendor you contacted. We use Supabase for secure data storage, Stripe for payments, and Google Analytics for anonymous traffic analysis.
4. Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. No personally identifiable information is collected via cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
5. Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data held by HillsWala. To exercise these rights email hello@hillswala.com.au.
6. Data retention
Enquiry and vendor application data is retained for 2 years. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
